Frequently Asked Questions
Once you’ve finished your consult call and decided to book your initial appointment for therapy, you’ll hear from our office to finalize everything. You’ll receive an email from Theranest, our client portal & billing system, that will prompt you to set up your client portal. There, you can easily electronically review and sign all of your intake paperwork. If you’re using insurance, you’ll send our office a photo of your insurance card and we can let you know exactly what your payment per session will be. Questions before the session? Feel free to reach out to our office! You’ll hear from us with all the information needed for your session- where to find our office, or your telehealth link (for telehealth appointments)
Each therapy session is uniquely tailored to the client, their goals, and what they feel like they need from therapy that day. Therapy sessions can be structured, with a specific topic, goal or therapy modality- or it can be just a time for you to openly process what’s on your mind. Your therapist wants to best support YOU.
We are IN NETWORK with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross insurances. If you would like to know your payment responsibility prior to your session, please let us know!
We are not contracted at this time with Medicaid, Medicare, ACCHS, or EAP plans.
For plans that are not accepted in network- we can provide you with a superbill so that you can submit to your insurance on your own- some plans DO offer partial reimbursement for out of network services
Our cash pay rate is typically $150 per session (50 Minutes). We do offer reduced sliding scale rates for BIPOC, single mothers/fathers that are the primary caregiver, or clients with demonstrated financial need. Please inquire directly with our office.
Our office is located at 4301 N. 75th St, Suite 202, Scottsdale AZ 85251.
Please park in any of the Old Town Scottsdale FREE 2 hour parking spots located nearby.
Our office is just up the stairs & to the left in the white building that says “alphagraphics” on the front.
We offer telehealth services to clients located in Arizona & Minnesota at this time. We utilize a HIPAA compliant telehealth service. We do NOT use AI video recordings.
