About grief & loss

Experiencing loss can touch every part of who we are- emotionally, physically and spiritually. We understand that grief can come from more than just the loss of a loved one. We grieve the loss of a relationship, a friendship, career, pet, the end of a phase of our life, changes that cause the loss of an important role or part of our identity, not getting to have an experience that we dreamed of, and so much more. Grief isn’t something to “get over” but rather, something to move through. Therapy is a place where you can just BE in your grief- you can talk about it, feel it, and you don’t have to worry about being judged or making someone else “Feel bad”. Through therapy techniques and a deeply human connection, we help you understand your unique grieving process, honor what you’ve lost, and find mealing and healing in your life in the present.
