Something to know about my approach is
I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “how does that make you feel?” I’m here to really listen, help you connect the dots, and figure out what’s getting in the way of feeling like you. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and truly seen — and we’ll work together at your own pace to get there.
My clients describe me as
Down-to-earth, warm, and easy to talk to. My clients often say sessions feel like talking to someone who gets it — supportive and calm, but also honest when you need it. I bring a grounding energy and try to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a space where you can just be real.

Therapy approaches
I use a mix of EMDR, parts work (IFS), and mind-body approaches to help you process old stuff, understand yourself better, and start feeling more at peace in your own skin. My goal is to help you build awareness, find self-compassion, and make changes that actually last — not just quick fixes.

About me

Hello, I’m Elena, a therapist, EMDR provider, and proud cat co-parent to three very emotionally supportive (and mildly chaotic) felines. I help individuals and couples navigate life’s most human moments with humor, compassion, and a deep belief that you don’t have to “fix” yourself to have peace. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, identity questions, attachment stuff, or just the general existential “what even is happening” of being a person in the world, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care.

I work closely with the neurospicy community, many of whom are navigating a late diagnosis after years of feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or mislabeled. My therapy room is a no-judgment zone where you can stim, info-dump, word-vomit, cry, rant, or just sit in quiet. Together, we’ll unpack the stories you’ve carried, find strategies that don’t make you want to scream, and build a life that feels unapologetically you—tangents, quirks, and all.

I also work with folks carrying trauma, the kind that’s hard to label but still lives in your body like an unwanted roommate. If it’s shaped how you see yourself, connect with others, or move through the world, it matters here. I’m trained in EMDR which is a game-changing tool for helping your nervous system process stuff your brain might not even have words for yet.

Whether you reach out today or in six months, just know: you’re not too much, you’re not broken, and healing’s totally possible, even if your brain likes to stash important stuff in the “maybe later” folder.
