I’m Josie Self, a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, and I specialize in postpartum mental health, anxiety therapy, and couples therapy for women and families. I provide therapy for postpartum anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and relationship challenges in Arizona (virtual), helping you feel more like yourself again and more connected in your life and relationships. Couples Therapy for New Parents Becoming parents can put a strain on even the strongest relationships. I work with couples to rebuild connection, improve communication, and navigate the challenges that come with this transition. Using approaches like Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I help couples move out of conflict patterns and back into partnership.

I’m a former people-pleaser and anxious high-achiever turned therapist, coffee-and-good-food enthusiast, wife, and mom of three. I know firsthand how easily motherhood can turn your world upside down — even if you thought you had it all figured out.
