If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I specialize in helping women, individuals, and couples heal from relationship trauma, narcissistic abuse, and betrayals- so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I provide trauma-informed therapy and EMDR therapy in Arizona (in-person and virtual) to support you through life transitions, emotional pain, and personal growth.

I have over 11 years of experience in the mental health field and specialize in working with women, families, and individuals navigating trauma, relationships, and major life transitions. As a mother of five, I bring both professional expertise and real-life perspective into my work, especially when supporting clients through the challenges of parenting, relationships, and everyday life.

 My purpose as a therapist?

Create a safe, non-judgmental and validating space for you to explore possibilities and heal from difficult experiences. To support you through your challenges and help you take back control of your life. 

I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the challenges you are facing. I have walked the path of recovery myself and know how difficult it can be.

I’m a mother of 5 and am passionate about women’s mental health and motherhood mental wellness. My journey in the mental health field began 11 years ago, and there is nowhere else I’d rather be than on this journey with you.
