Something to know about my approach is

I believe therapy should feel like a breath of fresh air; a place where you can finally stop holding everything together. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you move out of burnout and overwhelm and into greater balance, confidence, and joy. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been keeping you stuck and work toward realistic, meaningful changes that support lasting healing and growth. Let's create a place for you to feel safe to finally let go and open up- where you don't have to mask or act like you "have it all together all the time". I use approaches like somatic therapy, EMDR, and talk therapy to help you finally feel like your nervous system can take a much needed rest.

About me

I’m Toni & I love helping those who are burnt out and struggling to cope rediscover their joy through learning healthy self-care.

You can probably relate to being the “strong one” in your family- the caretaker, the one holding it all together, the one who is trying to “do it all”. Yet
underneath, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed and constantly feel like you’re just not “good enough”. Sound familiar? I’m a mom of 5- I know what it is like
to put everyone else’s needs first! You’re here to change that pattern- to have somewhere where you can finally just BREATHE, where you feel validated, and
you can open up about your feelings without judgement. I want to know how you’re really doing- no need to mask here.

I’ve worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade- specializing in helping clients heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I
work with individuals as well as couples & families- coming from a blended family myself led me to seek out helping other families navigate complex
dynamics and relationships!

Therapy together starts with figuring of what YOU want out of your life and what is getting in the way. It might be past trauma, depression, addictive
behaviors, unhealthy relationships or stress- my job is to help you figure that out so you can start learning the skills you need to overcome those barriers.
